Clifford Lantz appeals the summary judgment dismissing his tort action against his former employer, National Semiconductor Corporation ("National"), and one of its supervisory employees, John Ford. In dismissing, the district court concluded that the Utah Workers Compensation statute, Utah Code Ann. §§ 35-1-1 to -107 (1988), provided Lantzs exclusive remedy against National and precluded any action against Ford. We agree and affirm.
